I had a perfect breakfast experience at Crown Palace Hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Ronaline and Ms. Celina, were exceptionally warm and polite. They welcomed me like a family member and their smiles made me feel happy. The fried rice and beef steak were tasty and the serving size was huge. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel in Ajman and it was a blast! Loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed. The view from the window was outstanding, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel was located in a perfect spot, very close to the city center and the beach was just a few blocks away! The pool area was very relaxing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. a great experience!
There were a few things that I didn't like. The breakfast wasn't as varied as I expected, with limited options.

The hotel is central to most places in Ajman and Sharjah is not that far away. The Bedroom + hall choice is more spacious for 2 people.
There's only a coffee shop and room service menu is very poor for choice. Unfortunately the muncipality water is salty, which lets the hotel down.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in providing basic amenities and comfortable rooms with double-sized beds. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was served to our satisfaction.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Location only,
Miss leading 4-star rate: I would give it 2-stars to be fair. 1. Customer Service: no words of courteousy, and not welcoming attitude. 2. Room facility: A. No complimentary water that you would expect from a 4-star hotel. B. No drinking glass, and provided by request C. The hotel has only 5-Irons while has 12 floors+ D. The Iron was never provided E. The check-out: called concierge 2 time, waiting for 45 minutes. No one came to pick-up my luggage F. When asked the concierge why no one came to pick the luggage for check-out. The claimed were not informed by the front desk G.You would expect carpet flooring for sound insulation. However, it is tile floor; sound of other residence is transferred. NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO CONTINUEmore..

I had a great stay in this hotel! The staff was very educated, friendly and efficient. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, there is a mall near the hotel, which was a big plus.
Nothing to complain about at all!

Brand new building, and Good value of money.
No fridge in the room, and bathroom was very small.
